This site provides free calculators and reference tools for UK contractors, landlords and small businesses. It is operated by Bud Klair, contactable at budklair@yahoo.co.uk.
The calculators on this site run entirely in your browser. Figures you enter — invoice amounts, dates, rates — are not sent to, or stored on, any server. They exist only on your device while the page is open, and are discarded when you close or refresh it.
This site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to measure visits. This service is cookieless — it does not set cookies or track you across other websites, and does not collect personally identifiable information.
If advertising (such as Google AdSense) is added to this site in future, that network may set cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites. This policy will be updated if and when that happens, and a cookie consent mechanism will be added if required.
Under UK GDPR, you have the right to ask what personal data is held about you, request its correction or deletion, and object to processing. Since this site does not collect personal data through the calculators themselves, this mainly applies to any analytics or advertising cookies described above.
